Ayana Elon is a graphic and web designer with over 23 years of experience helping businesses and nonprofits bring their visions to life through impactful design across digital and print platforms. She is the founder of Black Girl Ai and Including Us in Tech, initiatives dedicated to increasing diversity, representation, and inclusivity in technology by empowering underrepresented voices to lead, innovate, and thrive in AI and beyond.

As the creator of Lotus Flare Creative, Ayana combines her lifelong love of art with her passion for technology. Since 2022, she has used AI tools such as Midjourney to create over 100,000 works of art, many of which she shares for personal and commercial use. Lotus Flare Creative serves as both a growing collection of artwork and a reflection of resilience and renewal, inspired by the lotus flower’s symbolism of strength and rebirth.

Beyond her creative ventures, Ayana is deeply committed to community advocacy. She has long raised awareness about critical issues such as domestic violence and homelessness, guided by her simple motto: “Do Good.” Through her work, artistry, and platforms, she continues to foster community, creativity, and meaningful change.
